Soggy Rice

If my life depended on my ability to cook, I would be doomed! Today, marked my third attempt to cook rice with out a rice cooker, and it again was soggy. I keep on adding less, and less water each time, but for some reason, the rice ends up tasting like mush. I wasn't too pleased, but I ate it anyway.

However, I bought fruit and that tasted really good! :)
